Litigation is an expensive and time consuming procedure, and it is vitally important that clients are represented by competent professionals.

We are fully acquainted with the Civil Procedure Rules and Codes of Conduct laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which govern the manner in which surveyors present their reports and give evidence in Court. We can provide reports in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) 1998.
